This flare greatly affects our state of mind, our mood, our nature and our behavior. For example, Ã,: A mother who breastfeeds her baby is said to be Satvik; She plays and worships her baby as Rajas and gives her a generous sleep as Tamas. The threads on the wrists help one change of controlling mood that one experiences time and again in everyday life and leads them into a pure and serene state of Satvik.
